I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in front of the train station in this city. It was incredibly convenient for finding food with lots of options nearby. The small natural onsen was a delightful surprise and a great way to relax. Additionally, I had booked a parking space for my micro bus and even though the staff overlooked reserving it for me, they were still very helpful in finding a parking spot.
No complaints.

Conveniently located right in front of the train station, which made it easy to find good food options nearby. The small natural onsen was a real treat, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. despite a small oversight in reserving a parking space for my Micro bus, the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful in finding one for us.
I was hoping for a wider variety of options to start my day off right.

Spent Christmas at a hotel recently and the experience was not very impressive. the best aspects of the stay were the convenient location, right next to the train station, and the small natural onsen was quite good. the staff was helpful in looking for parking space for our Micro bus, even though we had booked a space.
The breakfast was just too simple and definitely not worth the price. the worst aspect was the lack of variety and choices for the breakfast buffet, which made us want to eat elsewhere.
